Our Virtual Skin Consultations are designed to give you expert guidance, real answers, and a personalized plan — no matter where you’re located. Each consultation is led by one of our expert estheticians and includes a 20–30 minute one-on-one video call focused entirely on your skin.

This option is ideal for clients who want results-driven skincare without trial and error.

How a Virtual Skin Consultation Works

Your virtual consultation is a private 20–30 minute video call focused on understanding your skin in depth.

Before your appointment, you’ll complete a detailed intake form and submit photos of your skin so we can review your concerns in advance.

During your consultation, we will:

  • Discuss your skin concerns, history, and goals
  • Review your submitted photos together
  • Explain what’s happening with your skin in clear, simple terms
  • Answer your questions thoroughly
  • Create a personalized skincare and treatment plan

  • A virtual consultation is ideal if you’re not local to Miami but want expert guidance for your skin, current routine, and skincare goals. It’s especially helpful if you feel overwhelmed by products, aren’t seeing the results you want, or want a more personalized approach instead of continuing with trial and error.

  • Before your appointment, we review your intake form and submitted photos, then discuss your skin concerns, history, current products, lifestyle, and goals during your video consultation. This allows our estheticians to better understand your skin and create recommendations tailored to you.

  • Complete your intake form thoroughly and submit clear, well-lit photos of your skin before your appointment. Have your current skincare products nearby so we can review what you’re using, what may be working, and where adjustments may be helpful.

  • Yes. Your consultation is designed to help create a personalized home-care plan based on your skin, concerns, goals, and current routine. Recommendations are selected intentionally so you understand what to use, why you’re using it, and how it fits into your overall skincare plan.

  • Absolutely. Virtual consultations allow clients outside Miami to receive personalized skincare guidance from the MDR team and shop recommended professional skincare online. If you visit Miami in the future, your virtual consultation can also provide a helpful foundation for in-studio treatment planning.
