Shipping, Pickup & Returns Policy

Shipping

MDR Skin Studio currently ships orders within the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $150 or more before taxes and after any discounts are applied.

For orders under $150, a flat shipping rate of $8 applies.

Shipping rates, delivery areas, and shipping promotions are subject to change without notice.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day after the order is placed and payment is received.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional periods, inventory delays, inventory issues, carrier disruptions, weather events, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Once an order has shipped, delivery timing is determined by the shipping carrier. MDR Skin Studio is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or delays caused by weather, holidays, or other shipping disruptions.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

MDR Skin Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup may be available by appointment or prior coordination only.

Orders selected for pickup must be prepaid before pickup is arranged. Please contact MDR Skin Studio to coordinate your pickup time before arriving.

Pickup orders should not be picked up without confirmation from MDR Skin Studio.

Product Returns

At this time, MDR Skin Studio does not accept returns on products.

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, all product sales are final once purchased, except where otherwise required by law.

Exchanges and Merchandise Credit

At MDR Skin Studio’s sole discretion, unopened, unused, and eligible products may be exchanged for merchandise credit within 10 days of the purchase date.

Products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable after 10 days.

Opened, used, damaged, expired, final-sale, special-order, or promotional items are not eligible for exchange or merchandise credit unless required by applicable law.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact MDR Skin Studio within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution at our discretion.
