Shipping & Returns

  • Shipping costs. Free shipping for orders $100 or more. Otherwise a flat rate of $9.95 to ship within the United States excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
  • In-store pick-up. Must coordinate pick up ahead of time and prepay.
  • Order processing times. All orders will be shipped within 3 business days. Some exclusions during weekends and holidays.
  • Return policy. At this time we are not accepting any returns of products. We may exchange, at MDR Skin Studio’s discretion for merchandise credit for up to 10 days after purchase date after which products are non-returnable.
