Welcome to MDR Skin Studio. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, online store, appointment booking tools, skincare services, consultations, retail purchases, gift certificates, and any other services provided by MDR Skin Studio.

By accessing our website, booking an appointment, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. About MDR Skin Studio

MDR Skin Studio provides professional skincare services, consultations, advanced facial treatments, skin analysis, skincare recommendations, and retail skincare products.

The terms “MDR Skin Studio,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MDR Skin Studio. The terms “you,” “client,” “customer,” and “guest” refer to any person using our website, booking an appointment, purchasing products, or receiving services from us.

2. Advanced Reservations

We recommend scheduling appointments in advance to help ensure your preferred date, time, treatment, and provider availability.

Certain services may require a credit card, deposit, advanced payment, or gift certificate number at the time of booking. Appointment availability is not guaranteed until confirmed through our booking system or directly by MDR Skin Studio.

3. Online Booking

You are responsible for the accuracy of any appointment booked online. Please carefully review the service selected, appointment date, appointment time, provider, and any confirmation details.

If you are unsure which service to book, please contact MDR Skin Studio before scheduling so we can help guide you.

Some services may require special attention when scheduling and may not be available for online booking. If you do not see a particular service listed, please contact us for assistance.

If you receive incorrect appointment information or make an error while booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

4. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy

As a courtesy to our studio, service providers, and other clients, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment may result in a charge of up to the full price of the missed service. By booking an appointment, you authorize MDR Skin Studio to charge the card on file for applicable cancellation, late-cancellation, or no-show fees.

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in loss of online booking privileges or refusal of future appointments.

5. Spa Arrival and Late Arrival

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment, especially if it is your first visit or if forms need to be completed.

Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time so that we can remain on schedule for the next client. The full service price may still apply, regardless of reduced treatment time due to late arrival.

If you arrive too late to safely or properly perform the service, MDR Skin Studio may need to reschedule your appointment and applicable cancellation or late-arrival fees may apply.

6. Payment

We accept approved payment methods, which may include cash, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and other payment methods accepted through our website, booking system, or in-studio checkout.

Valid identification may be required for certain payment types.

By providing a credit card, debit card, or other payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method and authorize MDR Skin Studio or its payment processor to charge the amount due for products, services, deposits, cancellation fees, no-show fees, or other approved transactions.

7. Product Purchases

We strive to display accurate product descriptions, prices, images, ingredients, and availability. However, product information may change without notice and may contain errors.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product labels, ingredient lists, usage instructions, warnings, and contraindications before use.

If you have allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, are pregnant or nursing, or are using prescription skincare or medications, please consult with a qualified medical provider before using any product.

Skincare results vary by individual. MDR Skin Studio does not guarantee specific results from any skincare product, routine, treatment, or recommendation.

8. Product Returns and Exchanges

At this time, MDR Skin Studio does not accept returns on products.

At MDR Skin Studio’s sole discretion, unopened, unused, and eligible products may be exchanged for merchandise credit within 10 days of the purchase date. After 10 days, products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Opened, used, damaged, expired, final-sale, or special-order products are not eligible for return or exchange unless required by applicable law.

Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

9. Gift Certificates and Gift Cards

Gift certificates and gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Gift certificates and gift cards may not be used to purchase other gift certificates or gift cards.

MDR Skin Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift certificates or gift cards.

Gift certificate and gift card terms are subject to applicable federal, state, and local law. Any expiration date, fee, or restriction will apply only to the extent permitted by law.

10. Pricing

Prices for services, products, gift certificates, packages, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

MDR Skin Studio reserves the right to correct pricing errors, refuse orders, cancel orders, or update service and product pricing at any time to the extent permitted by law.

Promotions, discounts, packages, and special offers may be subject to additional terms and may not be combined unless expressly stated.

11. Spa Etiquette

MDR Skin Studio is a professional environment focused on tranquility, privacy, safety, and relaxation. Please respect the privacy, comfort, and experience of other clients, guests, staff, and salon suite professionals.

Disruptive, inappropriate, aggressive, threatening, discriminatory, or disrespectful conduct or language will not be tolerated.

Cell phones and electronic devices should be used respectfully and kept at a low volume while inside the studio.

12. Guests and Minors

Guests under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

For minors receiving services, a parent or legal guardian may be required to provide consent and remain present, depending on the service and applicable studio policy.

MDR Skin Studio reserves the right to decline or modify services for minors when appropriate.

13. Health Conditions, Allergies, and Contraindications

Please advise MDR Skin Studio of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, medications, recent procedures, skin conditions, pregnancy, nursing status, or other factors that may affect your treatment or product use.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information before receiving services or using recommended products.

MDR Skin Studio is not responsible for reactions, complications, irritation, or adverse outcomes resulting from information that was not disclosed, inaccurate information, failure to follow instructions, contraindicated product use, or use of products or treatments outside of our recommendations.

14. Pregnancy

Some treatments and products may not be appropriate during pregnancy or while nursing. Please inform MDR Skin Studio if you are pregnant, may be pregnant, or are nursing.

We will help guide you toward services and products that may be more appropriate during this time, but our guidance is not a substitute for medical advice from your physician or qualified healthcare provider.

15. Cleanliness and Safety

MDR Skin Studio is committed to cleanliness, safety, and hygiene. Equipment, tools, and treatment areas are cleaned, sanitized, sterilized, or disinfected as appropriate after treatments and services.

We reserve the right to modify, delay, or refuse a service if we believe it cannot be performed safely.

16. Service Results and Expectations

We make every effort to provide high-quality skincare services and recommendations. However, individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

Results may depend on skin type, skin condition, homecare compliance, lifestyle, medications, health conditions, treatment frequency, environmental factors, and other variables.

Some treatments may involve temporary redness, sensitivity, dryness, peeling, purging, irritation, or other expected skin responses. We will provide guidance when applicable, but you are responsible for following pre-care and post-care instructions.

17. Satisfaction Policy

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact MDR Skin Studio within 24 hours of your appointment so we can review your concern.

We do not guarantee refunds, complimentary services, or specific outcomes. Any accommodation, adjustment, credit, or resolution is provided at MDR Skin Studio’s sole discretion.

18. Loss or Damage of Personal Property

MDR Skin Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal belongings. Please keep valuables with you during your visit.

19. Right of Refusal

MDR Skin Studio reserves the right to refuse service, cancel appointments, terminate services, restrict booking privileges, or remove a client from the premises for improper conduct, inappropriate language, unsafe behavior, noncompliance with studio policies, suspected fraud, or any reason permitted by law.

If inappropriate conduct or language occurs during a service, the service may be immediately terminated and the full service price may still apply.

MDR Skin Studio reserves the right to define inappropriate conduct at its reasonable discretion.

The content on our website is provided for general informational purposes only and may change without notice.

You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes or in a way that could damage, disable, impair, or interfere with the website, our business, or other users.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, systems, accounts, payment tools, booking tools, or customer information.

Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or may be a criminal offense.
